Peter F. Bertrand, designer of the "Enduring Freedom" pen, presenting the pen to New York Governor George Pataki. Bertrand is a retired New York police officer, and was injured and disabled in the line of duty. All proceeds of the "Enduring Freedom" pen go to the World Trade Center Police Disaster Relief Fund.
